Our Tour Packages are designed to show you the most iconic and accessible places in Costa Rica. Il Viaggio provides private tours for groups of 2 persons (1 with a disability + 1 companion) to 10 people (up to 5 wheelchair users + 5 companions) for 7 and 10-day trips.

Prices below are calculated for groups of 6 people traveling together (from 1 to 6 wheelchair users) in double occupancy.

7 Days. San José – Arenal – Manuel Antonio

Your adventure begins when you arrive at the Juan Santamaría International Airport in Costa Rica, where our certified guide will be waiting for you with accessible transportation to take you to your 4-star hotel in San José, where your dinner is included. On the second day, you will have a guided city tour in San José downtown, visiting one of the most important museums and having lunch at the Central Market. On your third day, you will do an oxcart tour, have lunch on the road, and head to La Fortuna. Here, your first activity will be to relax at the hot springs, to prepare yourself for the coming adventures. Next day, you will fly among the treetops in the accessible zip-lines and then, visit an organic farm where you will learn about traditional Costa Rican food. Here you will take part in hands-on cooking class and prepare your own dinner. On your fifth day, you will head to Quepos, have lunch at a local place on the road and board an accessible boat to discover the flora and fauna of the mangroves, before getting to a beautiful hotel in Manuel Antonio. Your last day will be about having fun in the waves doing adaptive surfing with athletes and surf instructors of the National Adaptive Surfing Team, and discovering the beauty of Manuel Antonio National Park. You’ll depart very early in the morning straight to the airport.

10 Days. San José – Tortuguero – Arenal – Manuel Antonio

Your adventure begins when you arrive at the airport in Costa Rica, where our certified guide will be waiting for you with accessible transportation. You’ll be taken to your 4-star hotel in San José, where your dinner is included. On the second day, you will have a guided city tour of downtown San José, visiting one of the most important museums, and having lunch at the Central Market. Very early on your third day, you will head to the Caribbean Coast, to one of the most beautiful National Parks, Tortuguero. We recommend you only take manual wheelchairs here. After 3 days and 2 nights in the middle of the lush tropical forest, you will head to La Fortuna. Here, your first activity will be to relax at the hot springs, to prepare yourself for the coming adventures. Next day, you will have a guided tour of the hanging bridges and then, visit an organic farm where you will learn about traditional Costa Rican food. You will take part in a hands-on cooking class and prepare your own dinner. On your fifth day, you will fly among the treetops in the accessible zip-lines, have lunch at a local place, and finish the day with and a coffee plantation tour. On your eighth day, you will head to Quepos, have lunch at a local place on the road, and board an accessible boat to discover the flora and fauna of the mangroves, before getting to a beautiful hotel in Manuel Antonio. Your last day will be about having fun in the waves doing adaptive surfing with athletes and surf instructors from the National Adaptive Surfing Team, and discovering the beauty of Manuel Antonio National Park. On your departure day, you’ll leave very early and head straight to the airport.

10 Days. Guanacaste – Monteverde – Arenal

This is the perfect package if you want to avoid the city and fly straight to the beach. Your adventure begins at Daniel Oduber International Airport in Liberia, where our certified guide will be waiting for you with accessible transportation to take you to your beach hotel. The next day, you will visit the Santa Rosa National Park, its accessible trail in the dry forest, and its historical site La Casona. On your third day, you will enjoy the beach and the healing power of the ocean, having fun in the waves with instructors and athletes from the Costa Rican Adaptive Surfing Association. On your fourth day, you have all day to enjoy the hotel pool and the beach with an amphibious wheelchair. On the fifth day, you will head to Monteverde, to enjoy the Cloud Forest, by doing hanging bridges and an aerial tram in an accessible trekking wheelchair. Next stop is Arenal, where you will relax at the hot springs, feel your adrenaline while zip-lining, and learn traditional local cooking. On the last day, you will visit an animal rescue center on the way to Liberia, where you have your last night before flying back home.
