TRIP RESERVATIONS, DETAILS AND POLICIES

Web page packages are confirmed with payment. We make every attempt to operate confirmed trips. But we reserve the right to cancel a trip due to lack of availability, or reasons beyond our control that may create unsafe travel conditions.

Prices shown may have unexpected changes and are not guaranteed.

Personalized and Custom Itineraries have to be done by our local experts which are always available by email. Let us help you design the perfect trip!

Personalized & Custom Trip Planning Fee

When you customize your trip, we will provide an initial consultation with options and ideas, free of charge. Once a preliminary itinerary has been approved, we’ll request a $200 USD Custom Trip Development Fee that will be credited in full and applied to the final balance. Upon confirmation of all lodging reservations, activities, and staffing, our normal deposit and balance policies will be in effect.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Exceeding your expectations is our number one priority. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with something during your trip, immediately notify your guide. If he or she is unable to resolve the issue, call our main office and give us the details of the problem, so that we have the opportunity to correct it during your trip. We will do our best to find a resolution.

Trip Protection

IL VIAGGIO TRAVEL has civil responsibility insurance but declines any responsibility for personal accidents. We strongly recommend buying an international travel insurance policy.


STANDARD TOUR PACKAGE POLICIES

Full payment has to be done 60 days prior to arrival to guarantee your trip.

The following Cancellation Policies and Refunds Apply:

  • Cancellations 60 days or more before departure – full trip payment refund less a $200 USD administration fee
  • Cancellation 59 – 30 days prior to arrival – 25% refund of trip payment less a $200 USD administration fee
  • Cancellations 29 – 15 days prior to arrival – 50% refund of trip payment less a $200 USD administration fee
  • Cancellations 14 – 0 days prior to arrival – no refund

Unused Services, No Show or Changes – No partial refunds will be given for unused hotel rooms, meals, activities, events , tours or trip arrangements for any reason. Land cost quoted as a package and credits are not given for services not used.


FLEXIBLE POST COVID-19 PACKAGES POLICIES

Full payment has to be done 30 days prior to Arrival to Guarantee your trip.

The following Cancellation Policies and Refunds Apply:

  • Cancellations 30 days or more before departure, no payment done – full trip payment refund
  • Cancellations 30 days or more before departure, payment done – 25% refund of trip payment
  • Cancellations 29 – 15 days prior to arrival – 50% refund of trip payment less
  • Cancellations 14 – 0 days prior to arrival – no refund

GROUP POLICIES

Group payment and cancellation policies are different from the mentioned above. You will have them detailed and specified on your group agreement of services.
