Reservations made through our website are confirmed upon payment. We make every effort to operate all confirmed trips. However, we reserve the right to cancel any tour due to lack of availability or unforeseen circumstances that could compromise traveler safety.
Prices listed are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until full payment is received.
Personalized & Custom Trip Planning Fee
Our local experts are happy to assist in designing a personalized experience for you.Custom itineraries start with a free initial consultation, including suggested ideas and options. Once a preliminary itinerary is approved, a $200 USD Custom Trip Development Fee will be required. This fee will be fully credited toward the final trip balance.
Once all accommodations, tours, and services are confirmed, our standard deposit and payment policies apply.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If anything falls short during your trip, please inform your guide immediately. If the issue cannot be resolved on the spot, contact our main office with details so we can address the situation during your stay. We’ll do our best to make it right.
Trip Protection
Il Viaggio Travel carries civil liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for personal accidents. We strongly recommend purchasing international travel insurance for added protection.
STANDARD TOUR PACKAGE POLICIES
- Full payment is required 60 days before arrival to confirm your trip.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Cancellations 60+ days before arrival: Full refund minus a $200 USD administration fee
- Cancellations 59–30 days before arrival: 25% refund minus a $200 USD administration fee
- Cancellations 29–15 days before arrival: 50% refund minus a $200 USD administration fee
- Cancellations 14–0 days before arrival: No refund
Unused Services, No Show, or Changes:
No partial refunds will be provided for unused services, including hotel stays, meals, tours, activities, or events. Land costs are quoted as part of a complete package; credits will not be given for any unused portion.
GROUP POLICIES
Payment and cancellation policies for group reservations differ from the above. All group-specific terms will be outlined in your Group Service Agreement.
