Our One Day Tours do not include:
- Unspecified tours, meals, activities, entrance fees not mentioned.
- Tips (although not mandatory, we we do recommend you TIP staff based on your experience and the service provided).
Reservation Policies:
- Reservations should be done at least 5 days in advance, by emailing accessible@ilviaggiocr.com.
- Total payment should be done at least 4 days in advance, by wire transfer or online payment. Please remember to send us proof of payment.
Cancellation Policies:
• Cancellations made 4 days or more prior to your tour, no penalty applies, 100% refund.
• Cancellations made 3 days or less prior to your tour , 100% penalty applies, no refund.
• No show or portions of the trip not used are non refundable.
