- Unspecified tours, meals, activities, or entrance fees not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Tips (although not mandatory, we recommend tipping staff based on your experience and the quality of service).
Reservation Policies:
- Reservations must be made at least 5 days in advance by emailing accessible@ilviaggiocr.com.
- Full payment is required at least 4 days before the tour, via wire transfer or online payment.
- Please send proof of payment once the transaction is completed.
Cancellation Policies:
• Cancellations made 4 days or more before the tour date: No penalty, 100% refund.
- No-shows or unused portions of the tour are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made 3 days or less before the tour date: 100% penalty, no refund.
